An internal application bug unfortunately disrupted most cardholder initiated payments from 11:34:45 (GMT) to 12:32:34 (GMT).
The bug was quickly triaged and patched. We are conducting a post mortem to identify opportunities to improve our process to prevent a similar bug to happen.
