All operation is back to normal and we continue to monitor the situation closely.
An internal network issue caused temporary and intermittent failed requests to our APIs. A retry logic considering multiple IPs from our DNS would have sufficiently worked around it. We are researching ways to bring down the time to remove failing nodes from our system to reduce the impact of a future similar incident.
